Refund Policy

Last updated: 08 April 2026 – Effective date: 01 June 2026

We want you to buy with confidence. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can get your money back on purchases from Jazital (“we”, “us”) made through our Sites, including store.jazital.com and checkout.jazital.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Software products — 14-day money-back guarantee

Every paid licence for one of our software products (WordPress plugins, themes and applications) carries a 14-day money-back guarantee, counted from the date of purchase.

Within those 14 days we will refund you in full if the product does not work substantially as described and our support team has not been able to fix the problem for you within a reasonable time. We ask that you contact support first and give us a fair chance to help — most issues are configuration and are solved quickly.

We may decline a refund where the request follows clear misuse: for example, a licence that has been shared or resold, a chargeback raised instead of a refund request, or a pattern of buying, downloading and refunding the same product.

2. Purchases processed by a merchant-of-record partner

For some purchases, an authorised payment partner acts as the merchant of record — the seller of record for that transaction. Refunds for those purchases are handled with and through that partner, under this same policy: contact us first at hello@jazital.com and we will arrange it, or you may contact the partner directly using the details on your receipt. The partner’s own checkout terms also apply to those transactions.

3. Subscriptions and renewals

  • You can cancel a subscription at any time before its renewal date — from the customer portal at my.jazital.com or by emailing us — and it will simply not renew. Access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
  • If a subscription renews and you did not intend it to, tell us within 14 days of the renewal charge and we will refund the renewal.
  • No pro-rata refunds are given for the unused remainder of a period after the 14-day window.

4. What is not refundable

  • Agency services — deposits once work has started, and completed or delivered work. Service engagements are governed by their proposal or statement of work.
  • Third-party costs incurred on your behalf (domains, third-party licences, app store fees).
  • Web hosting periods already used.
  • Licences revoked for abuse (sharing, resale, circumvention or fraud).

5. How to request a refund

  1. Email hello@jazital.com from the address you bought with, with your order or invoice number (it is on your receipt and in the customer portal).
  2. Tell us briefly what went wrong — it helps us fix the product for everyone.
  3. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Once issued, refunds typically arrive within 5–10 business days depending on the payment provider and your bank. Refunded licences are deactivated.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before raising a chargeback — a refund request is faster for you and keeps your licence history clean. Chargebacks raised on delivered products without first requesting a refund may lead to licence revocation and account suspension while the dispute is resolved.

7. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country that cannot be excluded by agreement. For customers in the EU and UK: by purchasing a digital product and downloading or activating it you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal right for digital content then lapses — our own 14-day guarantee above applies instead.
